तं दृष्ट्वा नारदः प्राह वाक्यं वाक्यविदां वरः । सहस्रशीर्षा पुरुषः सहस्राक्षः सहस्रपात् । सर्वव्यापी भुवः स्पर्शादध्यतिष्ठद्दशांगुलम्

taṃ dṛṣṭvā nāradaḥ prāha vākyaṃ vākyavidāṃ varaḥ | sahasraśīrṣā puruṣaḥ sahasrākṣaḥ sahasrapāt | sarvavyāpī bhuvaḥ sparśādadhyatiṣṭhaddaśāṃgulam

ఆయనను దర్శించి వాక్యవిద్యలో శ్రేష్ఠుడైన నారదుడు పలికెను—“ఆ పురుషుడు సహస్రశిరస్సులు, సహస్రనేత్రాలు, సహస్రపాదాలు కలవాడు; సర్వవ్యాపిగా భూమి స్పర్శకు అతీతంగా దశాంగుళముల మేర నిలిచియున్నాడు।”
