तासु क्षीणास्वशेषासु वर्द्धमाने च पातके । द्वंद्वाभिभवदुःखार्तास्ता भवंति ततः प्रजाः

tāsu kṣīṇāsvaśeṣāsu varddhamāne ca pātake | dvaṃdvābhibhavaduḥkhārtāstā bhavaṃti tataḥ prajāḥ
