ऊचुः खादाम इत्यन्ये ये ते यक्षास्तु तेभवन् । अतिभीतस्य तान्दृष्ट्वा केशाः शीर्यन्ति वेधसः

ūcuḥ khādāma ityanye ye te yakṣāstu tebhavan | atibhītasya tāndṛṣṭvā keśāḥ śīryanti vedhasaḥ

కొంతమంది “తినేద్దాం” అన్నారు; వారు యక్షులయ్యారు. వారిని చూసి అత్యంత భయపడిన విధాత బ్రహ్మకు జుట్టు ఊడసాగింది.
