यो ह्यस्य मनसः कामस्तं संपादयमाचिरम् । पितामहवचः श्रुत्वा पुलस्त्यो मुनिसत्तमः

yo hyasya manasaḥ kāmastaṃ saṃpādayamāciram | pitāmahavacaḥ śrutvā pulastyo munisattamaḥ

అతని మనసులో ఏ కోరిక పుట్టినా, దానిని త్వరగా నెరవేర్చెను. పితామహ బ్రహ్మ వచనమును విని ఋషిశ్రేష్ఠుడు పులస్త్యుడు తదనుగుణంగా నడిచెను.
