पुलस्त्य उवाच । तस्मिन्यज्ञे यदाश्चर्यं वृत्तमासीन्नराधिप । कथयिष्यामि तत्सर्वं शृणुष्वैकमना नृप

pulastya uvāca | tasminyajñe yadāścaryaṃ vṛttamāsīnnarādhipa | kathayiṣyāmi tatsarvaṃ śṛṇuṣvaikamanā nṛpa

పులస్త్యుడు పలికెను—ఓ నరాధిపా! ఆ యజ్ఞంలో సంభవించిన ఆశ్చర్యకరమైన సంఘటనను సమస్తంగా నేను వివరిస్తాను. ఓ నృపా! ఏకాగ్రచిత్తంతో వినుము.
