न मनुष्यस्तुतिं कुर्यान्नात्मानमवमानयेत् । अभ्युद्यतं न प्रणमेत्परमर्माणि नो वदेत्

na manuṣyastutiṃ kuryānnātmānamavamānayet | abhyudyataṃ na praṇametparamarmāṇi no vadet

మనుష్యులను పొగడ్తలతో మోసగించకూడదు, తనను తాను అవమానించకూడదు. కొట్టుటకు సిద్ధమైనవానికి నమస్కరించకూడదు, ఇతరుల గాఢమైన మర్మాలను పలకకూడదు।
