Narada (teaching in a tirtha-mahatmya context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It states the tīrtha-mahātmyā principle: contact with a sacred place through prescribed action (snāna) purifies all pāpa and grants the highest spiritual fruit—mokṣa—described here as attaining Śiva’s supreme state.
By highlighting Hanumat-tīrtha, it links devotion to Hanumān (a paradigmatic bhakta) with purification and liberation, indicating that tīrtha observances performed with faith support the bhakti-oriented pursuit of mokṣa.
Ritual application is implied (kalpa/ācāra): the act of tīrtha-snānā (sacred bathing) as a structured religious practice for purification and spiritual attainment, rather than a purely theoretical doctrine.
