putrāndārāṃśca labhate dhārmikānrūpasaṃyutān | adhaḥ śirāstato dhūmamūrddhūbāhuḥ pibennaraḥ || 127 ||
Narada (teaching in a vrata/tirtha-phala sequence; traditional dialogue framework with Sanatkumara lineage)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
The verse presents a phala-śruti (result statement) linking disciplined observance to auspicious household outcomes—virtuous progeny and a worthy spouse—followed by a brief ritual instruction emphasizing regulated conduct.
While not explicitly naming Vishnu-bhakti here, it reflects the Purāṇic pattern where devotional and dharmic observances (vrata/tirtha practice) yield both worldly welfare and a mind trained for higher devotion through restraint and prescribed action.
It chiefly reflects Kalpa (ritual procedure) through the instruction about posture and handling of dhūma (smoke) as part of a regulated rite, rather than grammar or astrology.
