Adhyaya 83 — The Slaying of Mahishasura’s Armies and the Final Death of Mahishasura
ततः सोऽपि पदाक्रान्तस्तया निजमुखात्ततः ।
अर्धनिष्क्रान्त एवासीद् देव्याः वीर्येण संवृतः ॥
tataḥ so 'pi padākrāntas tayā nijamukhāt tataḥ / ardhaniṣkrānta evāsīd devyā vīryeṇa saṃvṛtaḥ
అప్పుడు ఆమె పాదంతో నొక్కబడినప్పటికీ అతడు తన నోటినుంచే బయటకు రావడం మొదలుపెట్టాడు; కాని దేవి ప్రభావశక్తిచే అడ్డుకోబడి, నియంత్రితుడై, అర్ధమాత్రమే బయటపడి నిలిచిపోయాడు।
