प्रगृह्यास्त्राणि बद्ध्यन्तां तस्मादेते सुरारयः ।

न भेतव्यं भृशञ्चैते मया निस्तेजसः कृताः ।

परदारावमर्षाच्च दग्धपुण्याः हतौजसः ॥

pragṛhyāstrāṇi badhyantāṃ tasmād ete surārayaḥ / na bhetavyaṃ bhṛśaṃ caite mayā nistejasaḥ kṛtāḥ / paradārāvamarṣāc ca dagdhapuṇyā hataujasaḥ

కాబట్టి ఆయుధాలు ఎత్తుకొని దేవతల ఈ శత్రువులను బంధించండి. వారిని ఎక్కువగా భయపడకండి; నేను వారిని తేజస్సు లేనివారిగా చేశాను. పరస్త్రీల పట్ల చేసిన అపచారంతో వారి పుణ్యం దగ్ధమై, వారి బలం నశించింది.
