Adhyaya 12 — Auttami and Tamasa
तस्यां बद्धः कराभ्यां च पद्भ्यां चैव यमानुगैः ।
मुच्यते पापकृन्मध्ये लुठमानः स गच्छति ॥
tasyāṃ baddhaḥ karābhyāṃ ca padbhyāṃ caiva yamānugaiḥ /
mucyate pāpakṛn madhye luṭhamānaḥ sa gacchati
అక్కడ యమదూతలు చేతులు కాళ్లు కట్టి దుష్కర్మిని మధ్యలో విడిచిపెడతారు; అతడు తడబడుతూ, పొర్లుతూ ముందుకు సాగుతాడు.
