इसी समय राजकुमार उत्तर बड़े हर्षके साथ स्वच्छन्दतापूर्वक नगरमें आये। मार्ममें उनके ऊपर उत्तम गन्ध और भाँति-भाँतिके पुष्पहार बरसाये जा रहे थे ।। सभाज्यमान: पौरैश्व स्त्रीभिर्जानपदैस्तथा । आसाद्य भवनद्वारं पित्रे सम्प्रत्यवेदयत्,मत्स्यदेशके लोगों, पुरवासियों तथा सुन्दरी स्त्रियोंने उनका स्वागत किया; फिर राजभवनके द्वारपर पहुँचकर उन्होंने पिताको अपने आगमनकी सूचना करवायी

వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—పట్టణవాసులు, స్త్రీలు, గ్రామజనులు సత్కరించి అభినందించగా ఉత్తర రాజకుమారుడు రాజభవన ద్వారానికి చేరి తన రాకను తండ్రికి తెలియజేయించాడు।
