नैषो<न्तरेण राजानं बीभत्सु: स्थातुमिच्छति । तस्य पार्ष्णि ग्रहीष्यामो जवेनाभिप्रयास्थयत:,'ये अर्जुन राजा दुर्योधनके बिना ठहरना नहीं चाहते, इसलिये उधर ही बड़े वेगसे जा रहे हैं। अत: हमलोग शीघ्र चलकर इनका पीछा करें

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca: naiṣo 'ntareṇa rājānaṃ bībhatsuḥ sthātum icchati | tasya pārṣṇi grahīṣyāmo javena abhiprayāsthayataḥ ||

Translation

ఈ బీభత్సుడు రాజు లేకుండా క్షణమాత్రం కూడా నిలవదలచలేదు; అతడు మహావేగంతో అక్కడికే దూసుకుపోతున్నాడు. కాబట్టి మనం త్వరగా వెళ్లి అతని వెనుకపడీ అతన్ని అందుకుందాం।
