Draupadī–Bhīmasena Dialogue on Suffering, Kāla, and Daiva
यदा प्रह्ृष्ट: सम्राट् त्वां संयोधयति कुण्जरै: । हसन्त्यन्त:पुरे नार्यो मम तूद्धिजते मनः
yadā prahṛṣṭaḥ samrāṭ tvāṃ saṃyodhayati kuñjaraiḥ | hasanty antaḥpure nāryo mama tūddhijate manaḥ ||
వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—ప్రసన్నుడైన రాజు నిన్ను ఏనుగులతో క్రీడాయుద్ధానికి దింపినప్పుడు, అంతఃపుర స్త్రీలు నవ్వుతుంటే, నా మనస్సు ఆగ్రహంతో ఉప్పొంగి లేచిపోతుంది.
