तत्र ते न्यवसन् वीरा वने बहुमृगद्धिजे । अन्वास्यमाना मुनिश्रि: सान्त्व्यमानाश्न भारत,भारत! उस वनमें बहुत-से पशु-पक्षी निवास करते थे। वहाँ मुनियोंने उन्हें बिठाया और बहुत सान्त्वना दी। फिर वे वीर पाण्डव वहीं रहने लगे
tatra te nyavasan vīrā vane bahu-mṛga-dvije | anvāsyamānā muni-śriyaḥ sāntvyamānāś ca bhārata ||
ఓ భారతా! అక్కడ వారు అనేక రకాల మృగపక్షులతో నిండిన అరణ్యంలో నివసించారు. మునిశ్రేష్ఠులు వారికి ఆసనం ఇచ్చి సేవచేసి, సాంత్వన వచనాలతో ధైర్యం చెప్పగా, ఆ వీర పాండవులు ఆ వనంలోనే నివసించసాగారు.
