हन्युहिं पितर: पुत्रान्‌ पुत्राश्ापि तथा पितृन्‌ | हन्युश्व पतयो भार्या: पतीन्‌ भार्यास्तथैव च,पिता पुत्रोंको मारेंगें और पुत्र पिताको, पति पत्नियोंकों मारेंगे और पत्नियाँ पतिको

hanyur hi pitaraḥ putrān putrāś cāpi tathā pitṝn | hanyuś ca patayo bhāryāḥ patīn bhāryās tathaiva ca ||

యుధిష్ఠిరుడు అన్నాడు— “అప్పుడు తండ్రులు కుమారులను చంపుతారు, కుమారులు తండ్రులను; భర్తలు భార్యలను చంపుతారు, భార్యలు కూడా భర్తలను.”
