Karṇa-kuṇḍala-kavaca-jijñāsā; Kuntibhoja’s hospitality and Pṛthā’s appointment (कर्णकुण्डलकवचजिज्ञासा)
राघवस्तु विनिर्यान्तं व्यूडानीकं दशाननम् | बा्हस्पत्यं विधिं कृत्वा प्रत्यव्यूहन्निशाचरम्,श्रीरामचन्द्रजीने जब देखा कि दशमुख रावण व्यूहाकार सेनाको साथ ले नगरसे बाहर निकल रहा है, तब उन्होंने भी उस निशाचरके विरुद्ध बृहस्पतिकी बतायी हुई रीतिसे अपनी सेनाका व्यूह बनाया
rāghavas tu viniryāntaṃ vyūḍhānīkaṃ daśānanam | bārhaspatyaṃ vidhiṃ kṛtvā pratyavyūhann niśācaram ||
రాఘవుడు (శ్రీరాముడు) దశాననుడు రావణుడు నగరంనుండి బయలుదేరి తన సేనను వ్యూహబద్ధంగా నడిపిస్తున్నాడని చూచి, బృహస్పతి బోధించిన విధానానుసారంగా ఆ నిశాచరునికి ఎదురుగా ప్రతివ్యూహాన్ని ఏర్పరచాడు।
