अदितिं रेवतीं प्राहु्ग्रहस्तस्यास्तु रैवत: । सो<5पि बालान् महाघोरो बाधते वै महाग्रह:,लोग अदिति देवीको रेवती कहते हैं। रेवतीके ग्रहका नाम रैवत है। वह महाभयंकर महान् ग्रह भी बालकोंको बड़ा कष्ट देता है
aditiṁ revatīṁ prāhur grahas tasyāstu raivataḥ | so 'pi bālān mahāghoro bādhate vai mahāgrahaḥ ||
మార్కండేయుడు పలికెను—అదితిని ‘రేవతీ’ అని కూడా అంటారు; ఆమెకు సంబంధించిన గ్రహం ‘రైవత’ అని పిలువబడుతుంది. ఆ మహాబలవంతుడైన, అత్యంత భయంకరమైన గ్రహమూ పిల్లలకు ఘోరమైన బాధను కలిగిస్తుంది.
