इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वमें आंगिरसोपाख्यानके प्रसंगरें स्कन्दोपाख्यानसम्बन्धी दो सौ उनतीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ ॥/

Transliteration

Iti prakāraṁ Śrīmahābhārata-vanaparva-ke antargata Mārkaṇḍeya-samāsyāparva-meṁ Āṅgirasa-upākhyāna-ke prasaṅga-meṁ Skanda-upākhyāna-sambandhī do sau unatīsavāṁ adhyāya pūrā huā ||

Translation

ఇట్లు శ్రీమహాభారత వనపర్వంలో మార్కండేయ-సమాస్యాపర్వంలో ఆంగిరసోపాఖ్యాన ప్రసంగంలోని స్కందోపాఖ్యాన సంబంధమైన రెండువందల ఇరవై తొమ్మిదవ అధ్యాయం సమాప్తమైంది।
