tataḥ śatasahasrāṇi śarāṇāṁ nataparvaṇām | cikṣipuḥ samare vīrā mayi śālvapadānugāḥ ||

ఆ తరువాత శాల్వుని అనుచర వీరులు సమరంలో నాపై వంగిన ముడులు గల లక్షలాది బాణాలను విసిరారు.
