तत्राओऔषं नरव्यात्र शाल्वं सागरमन्तिकात् । प्रयान्तं सौभमास्थाय तमहं पृष्ठतोडन्वयाम्,नरव्याप्र! वहाँ मैंने सुना कि शाल्व सौभविमानपर बैठकर समुद्रके निकट जा रहा है। तब मैं उसीके पीछे लग गया
tatrāśrauṣaṃ naravyāghra śālvaṃ sāgaram antikāt | prayāntaṃ saubham āsthāya tam ahaṃ pṛṣṭhato 'nvayām ||
ఓ నరవ్యాఘ్రా! అక్కడ నేను విన్నాను—శాల్వుడు సౌభవిమానంపై అధిరోహించి సముద్ర సమీపానికి వెళ్తున్నాడని; అప్పుడు నేను అతని వెనుకనే అనుసరించాను।
