Kubera’s Fivefold Nīti and Protection of the Pāṇḍavas (वैश्रवणोपदेशः)
कमलोत्पलकटछ्लारपुण्डरीकसुगन्धिना । सेव्यमाना वने तस्मिन् सुखस्पर्शेन वायुना,उस समय कमल, उत्पल, कह्नलार और पुण्डरीककी सुन्दर गन्ध लिये मन्द मधुर वायु उस वनमें मानो उन्हें व्यजन डुलाती थी
kamalotpalakaṭacchlārapuṇḍarīkasugandhinā | sevyamānā vane tasmin sukhasparśena vāyunā ||
వైశంపాయనుడు చెప్పెను—ఆ వనంలో కమల, ఉత్పల, కహ్లార, పుండరీక పుష్పాల సువాసనతో నిండిన, స్పర్శకు సుఖదమైన మృదువాయువు వారికి సేవచేస్తూ పంకా ఊపినట్లుగా అనిపించింది.
