Kirmīra-rākṣasa-saṃgamaḥ (Encounter and Slaying of Kirmīra) | किर्मीरेण सह भीमसेनसमागमः

सम्प्राप्प दिवमाकाशमादित्यस्यन्दने स्थित: । अत्यरोचश्व भूतात्मन्‌ भास्करं स्वेन तेजसा,भूतात्मन! आपने सूर्यके रथपर स्थित हो द्युलोक और आकाशमें व्याप्त होकर अपने तेजसे भगवान्‌ भास्करको भी अत्यन्त प्रकाशित किया है

samprāpya divam ākāśam ādityasyandane sthitaḥ | atyarocaś ca bhūtātman bhāskaraṁ svena tejasā ||

అర్జునుడు పలికెను—ఓ భూతాత్మా! నీవు సూర్యుని రథంపై నిలిచి, స్వర్గలోకమును ఆకాశమును వ్యాపించి, నీ స్వతేజస్సుతో భాస్కరునికే మరింత ప్రకాశం కలిగించితివి।
