सिंहव्याप्रैर्महानादान्नदद्धिरनुनादितम्‌ । अपरैश्नापि संलीनैर्गुहाकन्दरशायिभि:

Transliteration

siṁhavyāghrair mahānādān nadadbhiḥ anunāditam | aparaiś ca api saṁlīnair guhākandaraśāyibhiḥ ||

Translation

లోమశుడు పలికెను—సింహవ్యాఘ్రుల మహానాదాలతో ఆ స్థలం మళ్లీ మళ్లీ ప్రతిధ్వనించెను; గుహలు, కందరాలలో దాగి నివసించే ఇతర మృగాల నాదాలతో కూడ అది అనునాదితమయ్యెను।
