तस्या: प्रदानसमयं मातलि: सह भार्यया । ज्ञात्वा विममृशे राजंस्तत्पर: परिचिन्तयन्,राजन्! उसके विवाहका समय आया जान मातलिने एकाग्रचित्त हो उसीके विषयमें चिन्तन करते हुए अपनी पत्नीके साथ विचार-विमर्श किया
tasyāḥ pradānasamayaṃ mātaliḥ saha bhāryayā | jñātvā vimamṛśe rājan tatparaḥ paricintayan ||
రాజా! ఆమెను వివాహమునకు ఇవ్వవలసిన సమయం వచ్చిందని తెలిసి, మాతలి ఆ విషయమునే మనస్సు నిలిపి, భార్యతో కలిసి ఆలోచించి, జాగ్రత్తగా విచారించాడు.
