एतैहिं सहित: सर्व: पाण्डवै: स्वैश्ष भारत । अन्यान्‌ विजेष्यसे शत्रूनेष स्वार्थस्तवाखिल:,भारत! इन समस्त पाण्डवों तथा अपने पुत्रोंक साथ रहकर आप दूसरे शत्रुओंपर भी विजय प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इस प्रकार आपके सम्पूर्ण स्वार्थकी सिद्धि होगी

etaiḥ sahaḥitaḥ sarvaḥ pāṇḍavaiḥ svaiś ca bhārata | anyān vijeṣyase śatrūn eṣa svārthas tavākhilaḥ ||

వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—ఓ భారతా! ఈ పాండవులతోను, నీ స్వపుత్రులతోను ఏకమై ఉంటే, ఇతర శత్రువులనూ నీవు జయించగలవు; అట్లా నీ సమస్త ప్రయోజనం సంపూర్ణమగును।
