या मे प्रीति: पाण्डवेषु भूय: सा त्वयि माधव । प्रेमणा च बहुमानाच्च सौहृदाच्च ब्रवीम्यहम्‌

Transliteration

yā me prītiḥ pāṇḍaveṣu bhūyaḥ sā tvayi mādhava | premaṇā ca bahumānāc ca sauhṛdāc ca bravīmy aham ||

Translation

వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను— ఓ మాధవా! పాండవులపై నాకు ఉన్న ప్రేమ—అది మరింతగా—అదే నీపై కూడా ఉంది. ప్రేమతోను, గౌరవంతోను, స్నేహభావంతోను నేను ఇది చెబుతున్నాను.
