विदुरस्य कृष्णं प्रति शमोपदेशः

त्वदर्थमुपनीतानि नाग्रहीस्त्वं जनार्दन | (दुर्योधन बोला--) जनार्दन! आपके लिये अन्न, जल, वस्त्र और शय्या आदि जो वस्तुएँ प्रस्तुत की गयीं, उन्हें आपने ग्रहण क्यों नहीं किया?
tvadartham upanītāni nāgrahīs tvaṃ janārdana |
దుర్యోధనుడు పలికెను—జనార్దనా! నీ కొరకు అన్నం, జలం, వస్త్రం, శయ్య మొదలైనవి సమర్పించబడినవి; వాటిని నీవెందుకు స్వీకరించలేదు?
