The verse highlights steadfast effort followed by a renewed, respectful appeal to rightful authority—suggesting that sincere endeavor and persistence are ethically valued, especially when seeking aid or judgment from a higher power.
After making their best effort, the group referred to as 'they' (feminine plural) return and stand before Śakra (Indra) again, indicating a repeated approach—either to report results, seek further help, or renew a request.
