धर्म्यमर्थ्य च धर्मात्मा ध्रुवं वक्ता जनार्दन: । तस्मिन्‌ वाच्या: प्रिया वाचो भवता बान्धवै: सह

Transliteration

dharmyam arthyaṁ ca dharmātmā dhruvaṁ vaktā janārdanaḥ | tasmin vācyāḥ priyā vāco bhavatā bāndhavaiḥ saha ||

Translation

వైశంపాయనుడు అన్నాడు—ధర్మాత్ముడైన జనార్దనుడు చెప్పేది నిశ్చయంగా ధర్మానికీ అర్థానికీ అనుకూలమే. కాబట్టి నీవు నీ బంధువులతో కలిసి ఆయనతో మధురమైన, గౌరవభరితమైన మాటలే మాట్లాడాలి.
