एतानेतावतस्तत्र तानपश्यं समागतान्‌ | ये पाण्डवार्थे योत्स्यन्ति धार्तराष्ट्रस्य वाहिनीम्‌,मैंने इन सबको इतनी सेनाओंके साथ वहाँ आया हुआ देखा है। ये लोग पाण्डवोंके हितके लिये दुर्योधनकी सेनाके साथ युद्ध करेंगे

etānetāvatastatra tān apaśyaṁ samāgatān | ye pāṇḍavārthe yotsyanti dhārtarāṣṭrasya vāhinīm ||

సంజయుడు పలికెను— అక్కడ నేను వీరందరినీ ఇంతటి సేనాబలంతో సమాగమించినట్లు చూచితిని. పాండవుల హితార్థం వీరు ధృతరాష్ట్రపుత్రుని సేనతో యుద్ధం చేయుదురు.
