hanyād ekarathenaiva devagandharvamānuṣān | ekībhūtān api raṇe divyair astraiḥ pratāpavān ||

Translation

భీష్ముడు పలికెను—ఆ ప్రతాపవంతుడు ఒక్క రథంతోనే, యుద్ధరంగంలో ఏకమై ఉన్న దేవులు, గంధర్వులు, మనుష్యులను కూడా తన దివ్యాస్త్రాలతో సంహరించగలడు.
