सर्वेषां कर्मणां तात फले नित्यमनित्यता । अनित्यमिति जानन्तो न भवन्ति भवन्ति च,तात! सभी कर्मोके फलमें सदा अनित्यता रहती है--कभी उनका फल मिलता है और कभी नहीं भी मिलता है। इस अनित्यताको जानते हुए भी बुद्धिमान् पुरुष कर्म करते हैं और वे कभी असफल होते हैं, तो कभी सफल भी हो जाते हैं
sarveṣāṁ karmaṇāṁ tāta phale nityam anityatā | anityam iti jānanto na bhavanti bhavanti ca, tāta ||
తాతా! అన్ని కర్మఫలాలలో నిత్యం అనిత్యతే ఉంటుంది—కొన్నిసార్లు ఫలం లభిస్తుంది, కొన్నిసార్లు లభించదు. ఈ అనిత్యతను తెలిసికొనిన జ్ఞానులు కూడా కర్మ చేస్తారు; అందువల్ల వారు కొన్నిసార్లు విఫలమవుతారు, కొన్నిసార్లు విజయమూ పొందుతారు.
