Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 130: Kuntī’s Instruction on Rājadharma and Daṇḍanīti
इसी प्रकार वृष्णिवंशके सम्मानित वीर हृदिकपुत्र महारथी कृतवर्मा भी एक-दूसरे रथपर बैठे दिखायी दिये ।।
upasthitarathaṁ śauriṁ prayāsyantam ariṁdamam | dhṛtarāṣṭro mahārājaḥ punar evābhyabhāṣata ||
అదేవిధంగా వృష్ణివంశంలో గౌరవింపబడిన వీరుడు, హృదికపుత్ర మహారథి కృతవర్మ కూడా పరస్పర రథాలపై కూర్చున్నట్లు కనిపించాడు. శత్రుదమనుడైన శౌరి శ్రీకృష్ణుడు రథంతో సిద్ధంగా, ప్రయాణోన్ముఖంగా ఉన్నాడని చూసి మహారాజు ధృతరాష్ట్రుడు మరల ఆయనను సంభోదించాడు— “భగవన్, మీ రథం సిద్ధంగా ఉంది; మీరు ఇప్పుడు ఇక్కడి నుండి బయలుదేరబోతున్నారు,” అని తెలుసుకొని।
