जानन्ति कुरव: सर्वे यथोक्ता: कुरुसंसदि । दुःशासनेन कौन्तेया: प्रव्रजन्त: परंतपा:,“जिस समय शत्रुओंको संताप देनेवाले कुन्तीकुमार पाण्डव वनको जा रहे थे, उस समय दुःशासनने कौरवसभामें उनके प्रति जैसी कठोर बातें कही थीं, उन्हें सभी कौरव जानते हैं

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | jānanti kuravaḥ sarve yathoktāḥ kurusaṃsadi | duḥśāsanena kaunteyāḥ pravrajantaḥ paraṃtapāḥ |

Translation

కురు సభలో, శత్రువులను తాపింపజేసే కుంతీపుత్ర పాండవులు వనవాసానికి బయలుదేరిన వేళ, దుఃశాసనుడు వారి పట్ల పలికిన కఠిన వాక్యాలను కురువులందరూ బాగా తెలుసుకొనియున్నారు.
