नारदकथितं माधव्याः तपश्चर्या–ययातेः स्वर्गविचारः | Nārada on Mādhavī’s Asceticism and the Scrutiny of Yayāti in Heaven

विश्वामित्रस्तु तं दृष्टया गालवं सह पक्षिणा । कन्यां च तां वरारोहामिदमित्यब्रवीद्‌ वच:,विश्वामित्रने गरुड़सहित गालवकी ओर देखकर इस परम सुन्दरी कन्यापर भी दृष्टिपात किया और इस प्रकार कहा--

nārada uvāca |

viśvāmitras tu taṃ dṛṣṭvā gālavaṃ saha pakṣiṇā |

kanyāṃ ca tāṃ varārohām idam ity abravīd vacaḥ ||

నారదుడు పలికెను—గరుడునితో కూడిన గాలవుని చూచి, విశ్వామిత్రుడు ఆ పరమసుందరి వరారోహిణి కన్యను కూడా పరిశీలించి, ఈ విధంగా పలికెను।
