युक्त: सदाभवच्चापि शक्रो हर्षसमन्वित: । वृत्रस्य वधसंयुक्तानुपायानन्वचिन्तयत्
yuktaḥ sadābhavaccāpi śakro harṣasamanvitaḥ | vṛtrasya vadhasaṁyuktānupāyān anvacintayat ||
ఎల్లప్పుడూ అప్రమత్తుడై స్థిరచిత్తుడైన శక్రుడు (ఇంద్రుడు) హర్షంతో నిండిపోయి వృత్రవధానికి దోహదపడే ఉపాయాలు, యుక్తులు ఏవో ఆలోచించసాగాడు।
