bhīṣma uvāca | yogakṣemo hi rāṣṭrasya rājanyātta ucyate | yogakṣemo hi rājño hi samāyattaḥ purohite ||

భీష్ముడు పలికెను—రాజా! రాజ్యపు యోగక్షేమం రాజుపై ఆధారపడినదని చెబుతారు; అయితే రాజుని స్వయంక్షేమం పురోహితునిపై ఆధారపడుతుంది.
