सम्यग्वृत्ता: स्वधर्मस्था न कुतश्चिद्‌ भयान्विता: । इस प्रकार राजाके आश्रयमें रहकर सारी प्रजा सदाचारपरायण, अपने-अपने धर्ममें तत्पर और सब ओरसे निर्भय हो जाती है

Transliteration

samyagvṛttāḥ svadharmasthā na kutaścid bhayānvitāḥ |

Translation

రాజుని ఆశ్రయంలో నివసిస్తూ సమస్త ప్రజలు సదాచారపరులై, తమ తమ ధర్మాలలో స్థిరులై, ఏ దిశ నుండీ భయంలేని వారవుతారు. పాలన ధర్మయుక్తంగా రక్షణనిచ్చినప్పుడు శీలమూ ధర్మమూ సహజంగా వికసిస్తాయి; భయం తొలగిపోతుంది.
