न चैतन्नैष्ठिकं कर्म त्रयाणां भूरिदक्षिण । चतुर्णा राजशार्दूल प्राहुराश्रमवासिनाम्,पर्याप्त दक्षिणा देनेवाले राजसिंह! यह भैक्ष्यचर्या क्षत्रिय आदि तीन वर्णोके लिये नित्य या अनिवार्य कर्म नहीं है। चारों आश्रमवासियोंका कर्म उनके लिये ऐच्छिक ही बताया गया है
Translation
ఓ విస్తార దక్షిణాదాత రాజసింహా! ఈ భైక్ష్యచర్య క్షత్రియాది మూడు వర్ణాలకు నిత్యమో అనివార్యమో అయిన కర్మ కాదు; ఓ రాజశార్దూలా, నాలుగు ఆశ్రమవాసులకూ ఇది ఐచ్ఛిక కర్మమని చెప్పబడింది.
