अश्वशिरो-आख्यानम्

धर्मस्य कुलसंताने धमदिभिर्विवर्धित: । अहो हानुगृहीतो<द्य धर्म एभि: सुरैरिह
dharmasya kulasantāne dharmādibhir vivardhitaḥ | aho hānugṛhīto 'dya dharma ebhiḥ surair iha ||
భీష్ముడు పలికెను—ధర్మకుల పరంపరలో ధర్మమూ, దానికి అనుబంధమైన సద్గుణములూ దానిని నిరంతరం వృద్ధి పరచినవి. అహో! నేడు ఇక్కడ ఈ దేవతలు ధర్మముపై విశేష అనుగ్రహము చేసిరి.
