तानि तानि तु संचिन्त्य सड्रस्थानान्यरिंदम । आत्मना55त्मनि सम्पश्येत्‌ किमन्यन्मुक्तलक्षणम्‌,शत्रुओंका दमन करनेवाले महाराज! नाना प्रकारके जो-जो पदार्थ हैं, उन सबको आसक्तिके स्थान समझकर अपने द्वारा अपनेहीमें अपनेको देखे। इसके सिवा मुक्तका और क्या लक्षण हो सकता है?

tāni tāni tu sañcintya ṣaḍr̥sthānāny ariṃdama | ātmanā ātmani sampaśyet kim anyan mukta-lakṣaṇam ||

ఓ అరిదమా! ఆ నానావిధ విషయాలను మళ్లీ మళ్లీ విచారించి, అవి ఆసక్తికి ఆధారస్థానాలని గ్రహించి, స్వయంబోధంతో ఆత్మలో ఆత్మను దర్శించాలి—ఇదికాక ముక్తి లక్షణం ఇంకేముంటుంది?
