राजधर्मः, दण्डनीतिः, कर्तृत्व-विचारः च

Royal Duty, Lawful Discipline, and the Question of Agency

प्रमाणमप्रमाणं य: कुर्यान्‍न्मोहवशं गत: । भृत्यो वा यदि वा पुत्रस्तपस्वी वाथ कश्नन

pramāṇam apramāṇaṁ yaḥ kuryān mohavaśaṁ gataḥ | bhṛtyo vā yadi vā putras tapasvī vātha kaścana ||

వ్యాసుడు పలికెను—మోహవశుడై ప్రమాణాన్ని అప్రమాణంగా, అప్రమాణాన్ని ప్రమాణంగా చేయువాడు—అతడు దాసుడైనా, కుమారుడైనా, తపస్వియైనా—ధర్మ ప్రమాణాలలో భ్రమ కలిగించి ఘోర దోషానికి పాత్రుడగును.
