तदेवमुपशान्तेन दान्तेनैकान्तशीलिना । आत्मारामेण बुद्धेन योक्तव्यो55त्मा न संशय:

ఈ విధంగా ప్రాణాయామముచే మనస్సును వశపరచుకొని, శాంతుడై, ఇంద్రియనిగ్రహముతో, ఏకాంతశీలుడై, ఆత్మారాముడైన జ్ఞాని మనస్సును పరమాత్మలో యోగించవలెను— ఇందులో సందేహము లేదు.
