तत्‌ प्रेक्ष्य तादृशं रूप॑ त्रैलोक्येनापि दुर्जयम्‌ । वृत्रस्य देवा: संत्रस्ता न शान्तिमुपलेभिरे,वृत्रासुरका वह वैसा रूप, जो तीनों लोकोंके लिये भी दुर्जय था, देखकर देवतालोग डर गये। उन्हें शान्ति नहीं मिलती थी

Transliteration

tat prekṣya tādṛśaṁ rūpaṁ trailokyenāpi durjayam | vṛtrasya devāḥ saṁtrastā na śāntim upalebhire ||

Translation

అటువంటి రూపాన్ని చూసి—త్రిలోకముకూడా జయించలేనంత దుర్జయమైనదాన్ని—దేవతలు భీతితో కంపించారు; వారికి మనశ్శాంతి లభించలేదు.
