ततः स सुचिरं दृष्टवा स्पृहालग्नेन चक्षुषा । मृगमालोक्य हिंसायां स्वर्गवासं समर्थयत्
Translation
అప్పుడు సత్యుడి కళ్ళు ఆశతో ఆ దిశకే నిలిచిపోయాయి. అతడు చాలాసేపు ఆ మనోహర దృశ్యాన్ని చూశాడు; తరువాత జింక వైపు చూసి మనసులోనే నిర్ణయించుకున్నాడు— “హింస చేస్తేనే నాకు స్వర్గవాస సుఖం లభిస్తుంది.”
