Transliteration

nanṛtus tatra gandharvāḥ ghaṭa-sahasrāṇi saptadhā |

Translation

శక్రుడు అన్నాడు—“అక్కడ గంధర్వులు వేల సంఖ్యలో, ఏడు గుంపులుగా ఏర్పడి నృత్యం చేసేవారు. ఒకప్పుడు నీ మీద రత్నాలతో అలంకరించిన విశాలమైన స్వర్ణఛత్రం విస్తరించి ఉండేది; ఆరు వేల గంధర్వులు సప్తస్వరాలలో గానం చేస్తూ నీ సమక్షంలో తమ నృత్యకళను ప్రదర్శించేవారు.”
