आहारनियमं चैव देशे काले च सात्विकम्‌ । तत्‌ परीक्ष्यानुवर्तेत तत्प्रवृत्त्यनुपूर्वकम्‌,देश और कालके अनुसार सात्त्विक आहार ग्रहण करनेका नियम रखे। उस आहारके दोष-गुणकी परीक्षा करके यदि वह योगसिद्धिके अनुकूल हो तो उसे उपयोगमें ले
