प्रध्याय सो5सृजन्मेघांस्तथा स्थावरजड्मान्‌ | पृथिवीं सो$सृजद्‌ विश्वां सहितां भूरितेजसा,उन्होंने ही अपने मनके संकल्पसे मेघों, स्थावर-जंगम प्राणियों तथा समस्त पदार्थोंसहित महान्‌ तेजसे संयुक्त समूची पृथ्वीकी सृष्टि की

pradhyāya so 'sṛjan meghāṁs tathā sthāvara-jaṅgamān | pṛthivīṁ so 'sṛjad viśvāṁ sahitāṁ bhūri-tejasā ||

ఆయన తన మనస్సు సంకల్పంతో మేఘాలను సృష్టించాడు; అలాగే స్థావర-జంగమ జీవులను సృజించాడు. అనంతరం అపార తేజస్సుతో కూడిన, సమస్త పదార్థాలతో సమేతమైన ఈ సమగ్ర భూమిని నిర్మించాడు.
