नेक्षेतादित्यमुद्यन्तं न च नग्नां परस्त्रियम्‌ । मैथुनं सततं धर्म्य गुद्दो चैव समाचरेत्‌,उगते हुए सूर्यकी ओर न देखे, नंगी हुई परायी स्त्रीकी ओर दृष्टि न डाले और सदा धर्मानुसार ऋतुकालके समय अपनी ही पत्नीके साथ एकान्त स्थानमें समागम करे

Transliteration

nekṣetādityam udyantaṁ na ca nagnāṁ parastriyam | maithunaṁ satataṁ dharmyaṁ ṛtukāle svadārayā sahaikānte samācaret ||

Translation

భీష్ముడు పలికెను—ఉదయించే సూర్యుని వైపు చూడకూడదు; పరస్త్రీని నగ్నావస్థలో చూడకూడదు. అలాగే ధర్మానుసారం, ఋతుకాలంలో, ఏకాంతంలో కేవలం తన భార్యతోనే సంభోగం చేయాలి।
